| Our Pastoral Team Growing healthy believers is a key element in VFC's vision in Singapore. The church aims to minister to the whole person, ensuring growth and development in every area of a believer's life. To meet these needs, the five-fold ministry giftings of apostles, prophets, pastors, evangelists and teachers have been set in place (Ephesians 4:11).
The administrative gift undergirds all of these, providing support and co-ordination. These giftings find expression in 13 complementary ministries targeted at strengthening individuals through the Regional and Net Group (cell group) structures. These ministries are:
