Victory Family Centre (VFC) is a cell-based, missions-focused church, with a current attendance of about 6000 members. We are a multi-generational family church, consisting of people from all age groups.

12 Regions, One Church
To enable the church to holistically minister to members, and to touch every community in Singapore, and the world, VFC has adopted a strategy of "Regionalisation".

In this strategy, VFC is organised into 12 geographic Regions in Singapore. Each Region has a regional service location, an office, cell groups, and certain areas of the world to target for missionary efforts. Yet the Regions maintain their identity as one family, holding fast to the Corporate vision and plans of VFC. The structure of cells groups within the Regions is termed "Nets".

Currently, a pair of Regions is headed by a Regional Pastor, while Net Pastors and Area Ministers oversee the cell groups in their respective Areas.

Ministries that Build Up the Church
Besides the Net structure, VFC also has a ministry structure focusing on specific areas such as Family Life, Pastoral Care, Prayer, Worship, Teaching, Training, Administration, Missions, and Leadership Development.

Each ministry area is looked after by a General Overseer under the oversight of the Senior Overseer. The General Overseers work with Regional Pastors by equipping and mentoring Regional Ministers in their gifting area to ensure that strong, healthy, and growing ministries are established in the Regions.

Regionalised World Missions
Each Region is allocated certain parts of the world to focus their missioary efforts on.

In each Region, a Regional Minister for Missions oversees church-planting activities and pioneer churches. Once these churches reach 3 years old, the Executive Missions Overseer and his team of Regional Missions Directors take over the responsibility of overseeing these churches.
